Service Charges for 2026

We have no plans to increase service charges in 2026.  Although costs are increasing year on year, we have discovered areas where we can save enough money to offset this.

Parking Enforcement has been cancelled

Please note that District Enforcement no longer 

patrol our car parks. Each resident has a permit

for one vehicle and any other vehicle should obtain

a permit to park on the road from Wirral Borough 

Council.  Residents who don't have a car may give 

their permit to another resident.
